Ants
The objective of this game is to build a castle. You start out with few resources and eight random cards. Each of these cards represents something you can build or create, such as a tower for your castle, troops to attack the enemy castle or even a dragon you can summon with your mages. In the beginning, you will only be able to build the most primitive of things, such as foundations, walls, knights, archers and simple spells, but as the game progresses and you gain more resources, you can build a lot more, including big towers for your castle (nicknamed "Babel"), catapults or thieves to attack your enemies with and powerful spells which summon dragons.
The graphics are nice, but they might have been even better if there was more animation on the playing field, i.e. actually being able to see your troops attack the enemy castle.
Overall, a nice game with decent replayability. The computer opponent is not too bad either, but for a good challenge, it's probably best to play this game with two people on the same computer.
Blackjack
This is a perfect PC adaptation of the classic Blackjack casino game. This game allows you to practice your skill without loosing any money! It's just plain fun. I have never seen a better blackjack game for PC, although one drawback is that the game provides no sound which would have enhanced the realism of a casino.
Briscola
Briscola is an old classic card game from Italy. It's played with a 40-card deck. The cards are completely different from the traditional 52 playing cards so that will probably confuse you at first. The rules are explained in the help menu. This game comes with no sound or any other extravagant ingredients for that matter.
Easy Bridge
Easy Bridge is a very good computerized Bridge game that will help you to learn and practice the complex game of Bridge. All the rules you need to know to get started are included with the program. I strongly recommend this enjoyable one-of-a-kind Bridge game!
